Limitation of Liability
 
We are not liable for any data loss, profit loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our services or software.
 

Data Backups
 
While we assist with data management, the ultimate responsibility for maintaining regular system backups lies with the client.
 

Confidentiality
 
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information shared during the project strictly confidential.
 

Warranty
 
We provide a 3-month warranty on custom software to address any functional bugs discovered after deployment.
 

Termination
 
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if the client fails to meet payment obligations or breaches these terms.
 

Governing Law
 
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bahawalpur.
