As an IT service provider, our refund policy reflects the professional labor and digital nature of our products.
Service-Based Refunds
Once a professional service (consulting, auditing, or onsite support) has been rendered, the fees are non-refundable.
Software Licensing
No refunds are issued for software licenses or activation keys once they have been delivered to the client via email or portal.
Custom Development Deposits
The initial deposit for custom software projects (typically 25-50%) is non-refundable as it covers resource allocation.
Milestone Payments
Payments tied to specific project milestones (e.g., Design Phase, Beta Launch) are non-refundable once the milestone is signed off.
Subscription Cancellation
Annual or monthly IT maintenance subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, no refunds are given for the remaining term of the current billing cycle.
Hardware Components
If hardware is provided as part of a solution, it is subject to the original manufacturer’s return and warranty policies.
Service Non-Delivery
A full refund may be issued if we fail to initiate a project within the agreed timeframe due to internal technical failures.
Request Window
Refund claims regarding technical errors must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery.
Processing Time
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Administrative Fees
A fixed fee of 5% may be deducted from any approved refund to cover bank transaction charges and administrative costs.
